What People Are Saying

“I can't say enough about how great it has been so far. Completely different experience than we have had with all of the other therapists we have seen. The difference is like night and day. I would also like to mention that the sessions are easy to schedule which is super helpful. Charity is easy to get in touch with which is so great and we are really liking how the therapy is going.”

— Former Client

“Charity has been a great mentor and resource for our son. Having someone objective for him to confide in has made a big difference. We continue to work on issues, and appreciate the progress we have made thus far. She has developed a trusting relationship with our son and is able to push him to think through things.”

“Charity is great and I am so happy with how things are going.”

— Former Client

“We have been SO happy with Charity and working with B. We have seen a huge improvement in her behaviors. I love the way that Charity interacts with B, she asks great questions and works to make each session so productive. As you know, finding a therapist that specializes in OCD has been so hard. The work with Charity has been far beyond what I expected and B really enjoys our time with her and we have seen great progress, much quicker than I expected.”

Virtual Telehealth Sessions

All sessions are virtual. Once scheduled, a Telehealth link will be sent to you for your session.

Benefits of Telehealth

  • Feel more comfortable opening up in your own home

  • No money is spent on gas

  • Usually do not have to get a sitter for the kids

  • Can use your lunch break for therapy at work since there is no driving

  • Typically lower prices than in-person

“Research has found that online therapy can be effective at treating anxiety, depression, and trauma. There is no difference in patient satisfaction depending on whether therapy is online or in-person, and for either method of receiving therapy, the outcomes are better the more sessions someone attends.”
